Doing Things The Hubtel Way

From the company’s very first day of operation on the 12th of May, 2005 at Asokwa, Kumasi, the driving force behind Hubtel has always been people willing to take ownership of a problem and working through it to build a solution that remains relevant even as the problem evolves.
From those early founder days to it’s very first non-founder team, and expansion to include several teams, we’ve found over the years that our core values have largely centered around 5 things
Taking ownership & going beyond
Obsessive improvement
Authentic & truthful behaviour
Tolerance for failure
Pursuit for simple and functional outcomes.

The Hubtel Academy is an educational initiative designed to help you internalize our values and reach your full potential as a Hubtel employee

The aim is to prepare you to be ready to do the work of Hubtel in the shortest possible time, develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed, and support everyone working in Hubtel’s teams to be successful.
